Grass*, Alfalfa Grass*), Whole Food Blend containing PhytoSterols/Sterolins
(Sweet Potato*, Flax Seed*, Sesame Seed*, Sunflower Seed*, Pumpkin
Seed*, Ginger*), Ionic Plant Based Minerals.

Directions:
Adults may take 1 caplet 3 times per day with 8 oz of water or juice.
For advanced usage take 6-12 caplets per day for 90 days, followed by a
maintenance level of 3 per day for life. Best taken on an empty stomach.
Children 12 and under may take 1 caplet per day. Safe for all ages.
